So here’s the scoop. ANYONE with a motion camera that records is capable of making a movie. If you have a computer and software, you can edit and finish it for presentation.
It doesn’t take advanced skill to be a filmmaker.
I am writing a short book on how-to become an artist with motion frames. If ANY action happens over a series of frames, you are a STORYTELLER. How good you are depends on how good you are at communicating something someone wants to know about.
